We suggest the following:

    Create a logon and setup an Ethics Account. Get an Ethics Account to register your concerns and stay connected to the Ethics Officer at Capital Metro. This will set you up to remain anonymous and be able to check the status or how the issue was resolved.
  2. Anonymous
    You can also Submit the Ethics Form without an account; however, you will not be able to track the response or status of your concerns.

    Use the "Report Fraud & Abuse" Hotline at (512) 369-6222. It will allow you to remain anonymous if you choose to just leave a message with your concerns regarding potential fraud, abuse, and/or other ethical violations.
