CapMetro employees and frontline service staff and their family members (16 years old and above) are eligible for Bikeshare annual memberships as a benefit. All members, including staff, are responsible for any damages or extended use charges for individual trips lasting longer than 30 minutes, which will accrue usage fees at a rate of $0.25 per minute. Simply dock your bike every 30 minutes to avoid these usage fees.

The annual membership fee of $150 per individual will be waived. However, each annual membership will be considered taxable compensation and will be subject to required tax withholdings. Once your application is approved, required tax treatment will appear on the first subsequent paycheck. You will receive a promo code with information about how to launch your membership. Memberships can be started at any time and will be good for one year. Continued membership will not be automatic, and you will receive an annual renewal notification.

Auto-renew should be TURNED OFF in your Bikeshare app to prevent your credit card from being charged when your annual pass has expired. To renew your annual pass, complete this form again next year.
